When Stepan Nikolaevich Trebuntsov, a provincial Russian actor, split with his wife, Lena Ruchimskaya, it was the start of an unusual period in his life. His only salvation were his amusing dreams, in which his memories became intertwined with his unrealized dreams. In this world, the motifs of Alexander Kuprin’s Garnet Bracelet and the Wachowski Siblings’ Matrix.
The Space Odyssey is an ironic fantasia on the subject of professional relationships, art and love.
